Job summary

PT Louis Dreyfus Company Indonesia is seeking a data-driven agronomy analyst to support palm oil production forecasting and market analysis. You will conduct field surveys, gather first-hand data, and maintain large datasets to inform commercial decisions.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in a related field and a minimum of two years in agronomy or plantation operations, with strong Excel skills and stakeholder management capabilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Agronomy, Agriculture, Plantation Management, Agricultural Economics, or related fields.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in agronomy, plantation, or commercial operations.
• Familiarity with plantation production data collection and analysis.
• Knowledge of the palm oil industry, plantation operations, or supply-demand analysis is an advantage.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
• Proactive, self-driven, and able to work independently.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Build and maintain relationships with industry stakeholders, including plantation companies, associations, and government agencies.

Prepare research reports, presentations, and analytical insights to support commercial and trading decisions.

Experience

Bachelor's degree in Agronomy, Agriculture, Plantation Management, Agricultural Economics, or related fields.

Minimum 2 years of experience in agronomy, plantation, or commercial operations.

Familiarity with plantation production data collection and analysis.
