Job summary

PT Bumi Amartha Teknologi Mandiri membutuhkan manajer proyek TI berpengalaman untuk mengoordinasikan proyek finansial. Anda akan bekerja dekat dengan pemangku kepentingan dan tim teknis, memastikan lingkup, waktu, dan deliverables berjalan lancar dengan dukungan praktik Agile.

Diharapkan kemampuan analitis, komunikasi kuat, dan inisiatif tinggi. Peran ini bersifat on-site di Jakarta Pusat dengan fokus pada peningkatan efisiensi melalui pemanfaatan alat AI dan teknik prompting.

Qualifications

• Gelar S1 di TI/Ilmu Komputer atau bidang terkait.
• Minimal 2 tahun pengalaman IT Project Management, lebih disukai di sektor perbankan/keuangan.
• Paham SDLC, Agile, dan proses bisnis perbankan.
• Familiar dengan alat AI dan teknik prompting.
• Keterampilan perencanaan kerja, manajemen ruang lingkup, sumber daya, risiko/isu, kualitas, dan perubahan.
• Kemampuan komunikasi, pemikiran logis, analitis, dan interpersonal yang baik.
• Self-motivated, proaktif, dan siap belajar.

Responsibilities

• Assist dalam merencanakan, mengoordinasikan, dan memantau aktivitas proyek TI agar tepat waktu.
• Kordinasikan dengan pemangku kepentingan bisnis dan tim teknis untuk mengelola lingkup, jadwal, dan deliverables.
• Memantau kemajuan proyek, risiko, isu, dan alokasi sumber daya.
• Dukung ceremony Agile, dokumentasi proyek, dan laporan status rutin.
• Pastikan deliverables memenuhi standar kualitas dan persyaratan yang disepakati.
• Gunakan alat AI dan teknik prompting untuk meningkatkan efisiensi manajemen proyek.

DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

• Assist in planning, coordinating, and monitoring IT project activities to ensure timely delivery.
• Coordinate with business stakeholders and technical teams to manage project scope, timelines, and deliverables.
• Monitor project progress, risks, issues, and resource allocation.
• Support Agile ceremonies, project documentation, and regular status reporting.
• Ensure project deliverables meet agreed quality standards and requirements.
• Utilize AI tools and prompting techniques to improve project management efficiency.

KUALIFIKASI MINIMUM

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in IT Project Management, preferably in the banking or financial services industry.
• Good understanding of SDLC, Agile methodologies, and banking business processes.
• Familiarity with AI tools and prompting techniques.
• Good to excellent skills in work planning, scope management, resource management, risk/issue management, quality management, and change management.
• Strong communication, logical thinking, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and willing to learn.
• Knowledge of software development or IT technical concepts is a plus.
