Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Food Technology, Chemistry, or related disciplines.
• Fluent in spoken and written Japanese (JLPT N2/N1 preferred).
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Key Account Management, Sales, or Business Development.
• Experience in Flavor & Fragrance, Food Ingredients, Food Manufacturing, or related B2B industries will be a strong advantage.
• Experience handling Japanese customers or working in a Japanese corporate environment.

Responsabilités

• Manage and develop strategic relationships with key Japanese customer accounts to ensure long-term business growth and customer satisfaction.
• Serve as the primary contact point for customers and coordinate closely with internal departments including R&D, Application, Customer Service, Supply Chain, Quality Assurance, and Production.
• Develop and implement account development plans, sales strategies, and business growth initiatives to achieve sales targets and profitability objectives.
• Lead commercial negotiations including pricing, contracts, annual agreements, and other business terms.
• Prepare sales forecasts, business reports, customer development plans, and market intelligence updates for management review.
• Represent the company at customer meetings, exhibitions, and industry-related events.
