Job summary

Talent Search Recruitment - Indonesia represents a multinational consumer goods client seeking a Jr KAM in Bandung. You will manage key accounts, nurture client relationships, and collaborate with the sales team to uncover opportunities and hit targets.

Travel within Bandung and to other Indonesian cities will be required as needed, and you will contribute to customer satisfaction and loyalty by delivering timely, solutions-oriented service.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
• 3 years of experience in key account management or sales.
• Proven ability to meet sales targets and build client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts in Bandung
• Identify new business opportunities and work with sales to achieve targets
• Conduct regular account reviews and provide insights to improve sales
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of products and services
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities
• Prepare sales reports and present to management
• Attend industry events to network and promote products
• Provide excellent customer service and address issues timely
• Continuously seek ways to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty
• Adhere to company policies and procedures
