Job summary

PayJoy, Inc invites applications for a Merchant Operations Representative in Jakarta. You will manage partner onboarding, documentation, and day‑to‑day store operations while ensuring smooth cross‑functional collaboration with Finance and Commercial teams.

You will monitor onboarding metrics, improve processes, and guide teammates to deliver a superior partner experience. The role requires strong Indonesian language skills, good English, data analysis ability, and a hands‑on approach to SOPs.

Qualifications

• Native Bahasa Indonesia (verbal and written)
• Basic English communication
• Strong operations mindset with both manual and automated work experience
• Willing to work on-site in the SCBD area
• Experience with data analysis
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
• Minimum 1 year in merchant/business support (finance pref)
• Detail- and process-oriented with experience meeting SLAs
• Able to communicate clearly with customers
• Proficient in Google Suite and Excel
• CRM tool experience and automation a plus

Responsibilities

• Handle partners’ queries, support requests, and onboarding coordination
• Own onboarding, documentation, data entry, and record-keeping
• Oversee store-related tasks including clerk management
• Identify bottlenecks, streamline workflows, and improve cross-team collaboration
• Perform outbound calls to customers
• Execute quality control, maintenance, and assurance
• Standardize and localize onboarding and support processes
• Provide SME guidance on partner issues
• Deliver weekly reports and improvement recommendations
• Reconcile payments and disbursements with Finance
• Manage clerk/promoter documentation for stores
