PayJoy, Inc is seeking a Merchant Operations Supervisor for PayJoy Indonesia to oversee onboarding, merchant support, and process improvements across the partner ecosystem in Jakarta. You will mentor a team, monitor key metrics, and collaborate with Commercial, Finance, and global merchant teams to standardize practices and drive a great partner experience.

The role requires 3–6 years in merchant support, strong KYB knowledge, Zoho administration, SQL/Python skills, and a hands-on operations

Qualifications

• 3-6 years in merchant support or business support roles.
• Strong hands-on knowledge of Merchant KYB.
• Experience administering Zoho end-to-end (configuration, workflows, modules).
• Proven people management, supervising at least 3 subordinates.
• Ability to work on-site in the SCBD area and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong data analysis and SQL/Python skills.
• Experience with Zendesk or similar CRM platforms.

Responsabilités

• Handle partner queries and operational coordination with timely resolutions.
• Manage merchant onboarding, documentation, data entry, and record-keeping.
• Oversee store-related tasks including clerk management.
• Improve processes and ensure SLAs across teams.
• Provide technical guidance to customers on product use.
• Elevate issues to higher-level support and document problems in the merchant console.
• Standardize and localize onboarding and support processes.
• Act as SME for partner concerns.
• Provide accurate information using appropriate tools.
• Submit weekly reports with recommendations for partner experience.
• Coordinate data reconciliation of payments with Finance.
