Qualifikationen

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• 1–3 years in product operations, operations, e-commerce, or SaaS.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good command of English and Bahasa Indonesia.

Aufgaben

• Create, configure, update, and maintain product information across internal systems and platforms.
• Ensure product content, pricing, availability, inventory, inclusions, exclusions, and booking conditions are accurate.
• Conduct product quality checks and pre-launch QA to ensure products are ready.
• Identify and rectify product configuration or data issues.
• Support product launches, updates, and changes according to established processes and timelines.
• Coordinate with product, engineering, sales, finance, and support to resolve product-related issues.
