Qualifications

• Strong data analysis skills to derive actionable insights.

Responsibilities

• Lead and monitor the Operations Team, providing guidance, feedback and support.
• Review all tickets to ensure compliance with guidelines and quality standards.
• Manage project items including requirement gathering, testing, documentation, and timeline coordination.
• Identify and manage risks and issues throughout the project lifecycle with proactive stakeholder engagement.
• Create and maintain process flow documentation such as user guides and release notes.
