PT Talenta Eksekutif Asia is seeking a Business Development Manager – MICE & Corporate Events to spearhead commercial expansion in Jakarta. You will build a new BD division, acquire enterprise clients, and form strategic agency partnerships, driving revenue independently in the initial phase.

You will collaborate with creative, production, and regional operations to tailor MICE and event solutions while ensuring profitability and scalable growth across Indonesia.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree required in business or related field.
• Minimum 5 years B2B sales or business development in DMC/MICE.
• At least 3 years managerial experience in BD or commercial management.
• Proven track record of acquiring enterprise clients and closing large-scale events.
• Strong relationships with corporate decision-makers preferred.
• Excellent English written and spoken skills for international engagement.

Responsabilidades

• Establish and lead Jakarta business development division with sales processes.
• Develop and execute B2B sales strategies to win corporate clients and agencies.
• Identify decision-makers across multinationals and enterprise sectors.
• Build a prioritized target account list and qualified pipeline.
• Lead client discovery, translate briefs into tailored MICE and event proposals.
• Coordinate with creative and operations for proposals and costs.
• Lead negotiations and deal closing to meet revenue targets.
• Develop partnerships with international DMCs and travel partners.
• Monitor performance metrics and provide growth recommendations.
• Recruit and grow the sales team as division expands.
