Job summary

PT HELLENOZ LUMBUNG BERKAT GEMILANG MAKMUR is seeking an experienced Business Development & Market Expansion Manager based in Jakarta to lead expansion into new domestic and international markets. You will identify opportunities, establish relationships with developers, architects, interior designers, hospitality groups, distributors and strategic partners, and convert opportunities into revenue.

• Bachelor's degree in Business, International Business, Marketing, Finance, Architecture, Interior Design or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Identify and evaluate new domestic markets outside Jakarta and potential international markets for Hellenoz Group.
• Develop market-entry strategies based on commercial potential, competition, customer profile, distribution structure and investment requirements.
• Build relationships with property developers, architects, interior designers, hospitality groups, luxury residential projects, retailers and other relevant decision-makers.
• Identify and develop major project opportunities within luxury residential, hospitality, commercial and premium property developments.
• Identify, evaluate and develop relationships with potential distributors, dealers, agents, representatives and strategic partners.
• Develop a strong pipeline of new business opportunities and systematically follow opportunities from initial contact through negotiation and closing.
• Lead commercial discussions regarding pricing, margins, territories, distribution arrangements, minimum commitments and other partnership terms, subject to management approval.
• Research new cities and countries and prepare clear business cases and market-entry recommendations for management.
• Represent Hellenoz at relevant domestic and international trade exhibitions, design events, industry conferences and business meetings.
• Travel regularly within Indonesia and internationally as required.
