Job summary

PT Agrinesia Raya is seeking a results-driven Area Store Operations Manager to oversee multiple company-operated stores within the assigned area cluster in Indonesia. You will drive sales, maintain P&L, and ensure SOP compliance across all stores to deliver consistent service and visual standards.

Responsibilities include leading store leaders and staff, developing training programs, conducting performance reviews, and supporting new store openings and renovations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Business, Management, or related field.
• 5+ years in multi-unit retail management with proven sales growth.
• Strong background in retail operations, P&L management, and process optimization.
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in Food & Beverage or Tourism retail sector.
• Proven track record of scaling a retail network.
• Experience in multi-brand retail management.

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales targets and manage store profitability (P&L) across all company-operated stores within the assigned area cluster.
• Establish, implement, and monitor SOPs for all store operations, including sales execution, inventory management, visual merchandising, and customer service.
• Monitor and analyze KPIs such as total sales, same-store growth, sales per m2, conversion rate, shrinkage, and stock levels; develop corrective action plans.
• Ensure stores meet company standards for cleanliness, product display, visuals, and compliance with safety regulations.
• Lead, manage, and supervise store operations within the area cluster, including Head Store, Store Leaders, and Frontline Staff.
• Maintain discipline, engagement, and team morale to support operational excellence and service quality.
• Develop and implement training programs and clear career paths for store staff.
• Conduct regular performance reviews, coaching, and evaluations to improve performance.
• Contribute to planning, budgeting, and execution of new store openings and renovations.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Finance, and related teams to identify and evaluate potential new store locations.
• Analyze area coverage, market potential, proximity, and whitespace to support expansion initiatives.
