Job summary

TOUS les JOURS is seeking an experienced Area Manager to oversee operations across multiple stores from the Head Office in South Jakarta, with travel to all locations. The role emphasizes planning, budgeting, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure high service standards.

The ideal candidate will have 7+ years in a related field, 15-store management experience, and strong analytical and leadership skills. English proficiency is a plus; willingness to be mobile is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Experience as an Area Manager with handling a minimum of 15 stores, preferably in F&B or Retail.
• At least 7 years of working experience in the related field.
• Familiar with team, store, waste cost, budgeting, manpower, sales analysis, and food safety.
• Strong in analytics, problem solving and leadership.
• Fluent in English is a plus.
• Willing to be placed at Head Office South Jakarta and mobile to all stores.

Responsibilities

• Schedule planning, organizational management, and operational planning.
• Manage sales, manpower, store operations, profit and loss, market territory and competitor analysis, communication, and risk management.
• Lead a team and manage stores within a wide scope to ensure outlets provide good service.
• Maintain basic store operations: hygiene, legal compliance (e.g., SLHS), and SOPs.
• Collaborate with Marketing, QC, Logistics, Production, and Central Kitchen.
