You will oversee ERP, cybersecurity, data management, and IT governance, building a high-performing team and aligning IT with business goals.

This high-visibility role offers strategic impact, collaboration with top management, and the chance to modernize operations and drive cost-efficient technology solutions.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in IT, CS, Engineering or related field.
• 10+ years in IT with at least 3–5 years in senior leadership.
• Experience in manufacturing, FMCG, or industrial environments.

• Lead IT strategy and roadmap aligned with business objectives.
• Oversee IT infrastructure, ERP systems, cybersecurity, and data management.
• Drive digital transformation, system integration, and process improvement.
• Ensure IT governance, policies, risk management, and system reliability.
• Manage IT budgets, vendors, and external partners.
• Lead, mentor, and develop the internal IT team.
