Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, CS, Engineering or related field.
• 10+ years in IT with at least 3–5 years in senior leadership.
• Experience in manufacturing, FMCG, or industrial environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead IT strategy and roadmap aligned with business objectives.
• Oversee IT infrastructure, ERP systems, cybersecurity, and data management.
• Drive digital transformation, system integration, and process improvement.
• Ensure IT governance, policies, risk management, and system reliability.
• Manage IT budgets, vendors, and external partners.
• Lead, mentor, and develop the internal IT team.
• Partner with senior management to translate business needs into scalable tech solutions.
