Golden Agri Resources seeks an experienced technology and digital transformation leader to drive strategy and execution across upstream operations in Indonesia. Responsible for end-to-end lifecycle from ideation to pilot and full rollout, you will partner with operations to deliver scalable digital solutions leveraging AI, IoT, and other emerging technologies.

You will develop roadmaps, governance, and KPIs, overseeing development and rollout while mentoring the New Technology & Digitalization

• Partner with operations to identify technology needs and roll out standardized, scalable solutions.
• Lead AI, IoT, robotics and digitalization initiatives with effective governance and risk management.
