Job summary

Wirehire in Indonesia seeks a President Director to steer its industrial engineering and manufacturing operations, combining strategic vision with hands-on leadership. You will oversee engineering, production, finance, HR, sales, and supply chain to drive long-term growth and excellence.

Fluent English and Bahasa Indonesia are essential; MBA or equivalent preferred; minimum 15 years in leadership with 5+ years in senior executive roles within engineering, manufacturing, or industrial sectors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering, Business, or related field.
• MBA or equivalent preferred for senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive the companys overall strategic goals, ensuring alignment with shareholder objectives.
• Oversee operations across engineering, production, finance, HR, sales, and supply chain for efficiency and performance.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting with strong governance.
• Build and develop a high-performing leadership team with accountability and collaboration.
• Identify and pursue new markets, partnerships, and business development opportunities.
• Act as primary liaison between company, shareholders, board, and external partners.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations, labor laws, environmental standards, and governance.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement focused on quality, cost efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
