Job summary

Golden Agri Resources, based in Jakarta, seeks an experienced technology and digital transformation leader to own end-to-end innovation lifecycle from ideation to full rollout. You will partner with operations to identify digital solutions, and drive AI, IoT and robotics initiatives with scalable, sustainable implementations.

You will build roadmaps, governance, and KPIs to monitor adoption, lead a New Technology & Digitalization team, and travel to sites as needed to deliver measurable impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (minimum) in Engineering, Computer Science or related fields.
• Master’s degree in Technology, Digital Transformation, or Computer Science is an advantage.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in technology innovation, automation, and digital transformation, including managerial experience.
• Strong leadership and ability to lead development and rollout teams.
• Willing to travel to the site.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategies, frameworks, and KPIs for technology development and digitalization.
• Own the end-to-end lifecycle of new technology and digital innovation from ideation to full rollout.
• Ensure process synergy from development to large-scale rollout.
• Partner with operations to identify technology needs and digital solutions.
• Lead innovations based on AI, IoT & Robotics and digitalization.
• Roll out proven innovations in a standardized, scalable, and sustainable manner.
• Develop roadmaps, strategies, and monitoring mechanisms for effective rollouts.
• Define frameworks, standards, and KPIs for technology development and rollout.
