Job description:

We are looking for aITManual Tester (QA). In this role, you will be responsible for executing manual testing to ensure the quality and functionality of our web and mobile applications. You will work closely with developers, product owners, and other stakeholders to identify and report bugs and contribute to the overall improvement of our product quality.

Responsibilities

• Perform manual testing on web and mobile applications to ensure quality and functionality.
• Create and execute test cases based on product specifications.
• Document testing results and report bugs in detail to the development team.
• Conduct regression testing after bugs are fixed.
• Collaborate with developers and product owners to understand product requirements and prioritize testing areas.
• Contribute to improving testing processes and product quality standards.
• Verify bug fixes and feature improvements.
• Meeting with the software design team to discuss verification protocols.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, software engineering, or a similar field from reputable university.
• Fresh graduate from reputable university are welcome to apply.
• Previous experience working as a QA Tester (Manual) at least 6 months is a plus (we count your Internship experience).
• Able to use English in daily conversationsis a must
• Willing to take responsibility for work or projects in the Financial (Banking) Services Industry
• Basic understanding of software testing methods, Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), and Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC).
• Strong analytical skills to comprehend product specifications and create testing scenarios.
• Ability to write test cases and manage bug tracking tools (e.g., JIRA, Trello).
• Basic knowledge of regression testing, functional testing, and UI/UX testing.
• Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Attention to detail and the ability to spot issues that may go unnoticed.
• Teamwork skills and willingness to learn new tools or technologies as needed.
