PT. SIGMA GLOBAL TEKNOLOGI (SIGMATECH) invites applications for a Junior Tester Manual role on a 2‑month Banking project located in Alam Sutra, Tangerang, with full work‑from‑office setup.

The position requires at least 2 years in QA/manual testing and a bachelor’s degree in CS/IT/IS/Business/Finance. Web, mobile, and API testing experience, plus JIRA/Azure DevOps and Postman, are preferred; SQL basics are a plus.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in Quality Assurance / Manual Testing.
• Bachelor's degree in CS/IT/IS/Business/Finance required.
• Experience testing Web, Mobile, and API apps preferred.
• Strong understanding of manual testing methodologies and QA lifecycle.
• Experience creating and maintaining Test Plans, Scenarios, Test Cases, and Test Reports.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain Test Plans, Test Scenarios, Test Cases, Test Scripts, Test Evidence, and Test Reports.
• Perform manual testing across Web, Mobile, and API applications.
• Execute SIT, UAT, regression, and smoke testing.
• Defect tracking using JIRA, Azure DevOps, or equivalent tools.
• Work in an Agile/Scrum environment and communicate findings clearly.

Junior Tester Manual (Banking) - 2 Month Project

Location: Alam Sutra - Tangerang (Full WFO)

Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of experience as a Quality Assurance / Manual Tester.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, Business, Finance, or a related field.

Experience testing Web, Mobile, and API applications will be an advantage.

Strong understanding of manual testing methodologies, testing lifecycle, and QA best practices.

Experienced in creating and maintaining Test Plan, Test Scenario, Test Case, Test Script, Test Evidence, and Test Report.

Strong knowledge of Functional Testing, System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), Regression Testing, and Smoke Testing.

Familiar with defect management and bug tracking using tools such as JIRA, Azure DevOps, or similar platforms.

Experience with API Testing using Postman, Swagger/OpenAPI, or similar tools is preferred.

Able to perform database validation using SQL (basic query) will be an advantage.

Good analytical thinking, attention to detail, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Able to work in an Agile/Scrum environment.
