Kandidat unggulan memiliki kemampuan menulis teknis yang baik, komunikasi yang jelas, dan ketelitian tinggi, dengan pengalaman menggunakan alat dokumentasi seperti Microsoft Office dan Google Docs. Kesiapan bekerja sama dengan tim lintas fungsi sangat diperlukan.

Qualifikationen

• D3 in IT/CS/IS or related field.
• Strong technical writing and documentation skills.
• Proficient with MS Office, Google Docs and related tools.
• Understanding of application architecture, workflows, and processes.
• Ability to create SOPs, manuals, and diagrams.
• Excellent Indonesian writing with proper spelling and grammar.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Able to communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Able to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Willing to learn and adapt to new systems.

Aufgaben

• Prepare, develop, review, and maintain technical documentation for applications and information systems.
• Create and update SOPs, technical manuals, and operational guidelines.
• Document architecture, workflows, and system processes.
• Gather technical information from developers and other stakeholders to ensure accuracy.
• Translate complex information into clear documentation for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Ensure documents comply with Indonesian grammar and spelling conventions.
• Organize and maintain documentation repositories with version control.
• Review documents to reflect changes in applications and systems.
• Prepare workflow diagrams and process flowcharts.
• Coordinate with teams to validate information and obtain approvals.
• Ensure timely delivery of documents.
• Support continuous improvement of documentation standards.
