Job summary

Mewah Group is seeking an experienced IT Team Lead – Business Partner to bridge business needs with technology. The role focuses on driving digital initiatives, managing IT projects, and improving operational efficiency across our global operations.

The ideal candidate has a minimum of 5 years in IT business partner/ERP roles, strong Navision ERP experience, and solid Finance & Accounting process knowledge. Palm Oil industry familiarity is a plus and stakeholder management is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in IT, CS, IS, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years in IT Business Partner, BA, ERP Consultant, or IT Project Management roles.
• Experience in a Team Lead or Assistant Manager position is preferred.
• Strong experience with Navision ERP (Microsoft Dynamics NAV).
• Solid understanding of Finance & Accounting business processes.
• Knowledge of Palm Oil industry/business processes is a strong advantage.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively.
