Job summary

Pengiklan Anonim is seeking an IT Data & Reporting Assistant Manager to lead ERP implementation, data management, and Level 3 support across core business applications. You will drive automation, dashboards, and digital transformation while coordinating with regional IT teams and external vendors.

The ideal candidate has a minimum of five years in IT Data and ERP, strong SQL skills, and fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia to collaborate with international stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in IT Data, ERP, or related roles.
• Proficient in database management and SQL.
• Experience with RPA tools such as UiPath.
• Familiar with POS data integration, API and microservices.
• Strong leadership and communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Ability to work with regional and international stakeholders.

IT Data & Reporting (ERP & Business Support) Assistant Manager

Lead ERP implementation, migration, and system management, including master data management.

Lead IT Business Support Division (BSD) operations and business support functions.

Provide data extraction and reporting support for Finance, Accounting, Tax, Management, and other departments.

Ensure smooth operation and provide Level 3 support for ERP and core business applications.

Drive automation and digital transformation initiatives, including RPA and dashboard improvements.

Manage data integration and API/microservices to support business systems.

Coordinate with regional IT teams and external vendors to ensure smooth operations and standardized data management.

Lead system troubleshooting, process improvement, and data optimization initiatives.

Provide leadership and ensure effective vendor and stakeholder management.

Requirements :

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.

Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in IT Data, ERP, Business Applications, or related roles.

Proficient in database management, SQL, and complex data extraction.

Experience with RPA tools, such as UiPath.

Familiar with POS data integration, API, and microservices.

Strong understanding of financial and accounting processes (GL, AP/AR, Tax, and Monthly Closing).

Strong leadership, analytical, problem-solving, and vendor management skills.

Good written and verbal communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.

Able to work with regional and international stakeholders.
