Job summary

APP Group is seeking an experienced ERP/PMO project manager to lead SAP rollout and digital transformation initiatives within manufacturing and supply chain operations in Serpong, Indonesia. The role requires coordinating ERP projects, managing stakeholders, and ensuring on-time delivery.

You will work on-site with cross-functional teams, monitor timelines, support change management, and act as the focal point for consultant-led implementations, driving process improvements and seamless system

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in IT, engineering, industrial engineering, supply chain, business, or related fields.
Minimum 5 years of experience in SAP implementation, ERP project management, PMO, or digital transformation projects.
Proven experience in SAP rollout, implementation, migration, or transformation projects.
Strong project management and stakeholder management skills.
Exposure to manufacturing operations, mills, production, logistics, or supply chain processes.
Ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders, including senior management, business users, consultants, and vendors.
Good understanding of business processes in manufacturing, supply chain, or operations.
Strong communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
Experience working in cross-functional and fast-paced project environments.
Willing to work on-site in Serpong, South Tangerang.

Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end project activities related to ERP and automation initiatives, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within scope.
Coordinate with internal stakeholders, business users, consultants, and vendors throughout project implementation.
Support ERP implementation projects across manufacturing and supply chain functions.
Monitor project timelines, milestones, risks, issues, and dependencies, while ensuring effective project governance.
Facilitate communication between technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure alignment and successful execution.
Track project progress and prepare regular updates for management.
Support change management, user readiness, and implementation activities during project deployment.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify process improvement opportunities and ensure smooth integration of new systems.
Act as the internal project focal point during consultant-led implementation projects.
