You will work with hiring managers, design engaging job descriptions, manage the full recruitment cycle, and ensure compliance with Indonesian employment laws. Strong English and Indonesian communication, ATS experience, and relationship-building are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years in talent acquisition or HR.
• Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices across channels.
• Excellent Indonesian and English communication skills.
• Experience with ATS and recruitment databases.
• Knowledge of Indonesian employment law and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Source, screen, and shortlist candidates via multiple channels.
• Conduct initial telephone and video interviews for fit.
• Partner with hiring managers to clarify role needs.
• Post and optimise job adverts to attract top talent.
• Manage full recruitment cycle from requisition to onboarding.
• Maintain candidate databases and recruitment records.
• Assist in recruitment planning and strategy.
• Perform background checks and reference verifications.
• Collaborate with HR to ensure policy compliance.
• Contribute to employer branding and external messaging.
