Job summary

PT Anugrah Karunia Perkasa Abadi seeks an IT Infrastructure specialist to manage core servers, networks, and central services ensuring 24/7 operations. You will install, configure, and update systems, manage accounts and security policies, implement backup strategies, and monitor performance.

Collaboration with developers and vendors is essential. The role requires 2–3 years in IT infrastructure (Senior 4–5 years), ISP experience, and relevant certifications.

Qualifications

• Minimum D3/S1 education in IT or related field.
• GPA 2.75/4.00 (if recent graduate).
• 2–3 years IT experience; Senior 4–5 years.
• Experience in ISP field.
• Certifications valued: CompTIA A+/Network+, CCNA, MCSA, AWS, Linux Foundation.
• Proficiency with Windows Server and Linux.
• Networking: TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, VLAN, firewall.
• Server admin & core services: AD, security policies, backup, recovery.
• Databases: MySQL, SQL Server, PostgreSQL.
• InfoSec concepts, data protection, cyber threat prevention.

Responsibilities

• Manage, monitor, and maintain core servers, networks, and central services.
• Install, configure, and update OS, software, and hardware for servers and networks.
• Manage user accounts, access rights, security policies, and authentication services.
• Plan and test data backup strategies and recovery procedures.
• Monitor system performance and perform capacity upgrades.
• Handle advanced IT incidents beyond first-level support.
• Implement information security standards and firewall configurations.
• Create and update technical documentation.
• Collaborate with developers and vendors for integration.
• Provide technical guidance to support teams.
