Job summary

PT Dua Delapan Resources in Jakarta Selatan seeks an experienced System Administrator to manage Windows Server environments, Active Directory, DNS/DHCP, and storage across sites. You will monitor performance, backups, virtualization, and network connectivity while supporting IT projects and vendor coordination.

The role requires a minimum 3 years in IT infrastructure, strong troubleshooting and documentation skills, and willingness to travel to company sites when required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Diploma in IT or related field.
• Minimum 3 years in System Administration or IT Infrastructure.
• Strong knowledge of Windows Server and AD services.
• Experience with network protocols and VLAN/VPN basics.
• Familiarity with virtualization and backup management.
• Knowledge of security devices is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Administer, monitor, maintain, and troubleshoot Windows Server and AD services.
• Manage server performance, storage, and virtualization environments.
• Monitor backup and restore processes and ensure scheduled runs.
• Perform server installation, patching, updates, and maintenance.
• Troubleshoot servers, authentication, VPN, and network connectivity.
• Support IT infrastructure projects and office/site deployments.
• Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to resolve infra issues.
• Maintain documentation of server config, IPs, access, and changes.
• Escalate critical incidents to Supervisor/Manager.

• Minimum Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree (D3/S1) in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a System Administrator, IT Infrastructure, or in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, File Server, user access management, and domain environments.
• Good understanding of TCP/IP, VLAN, VPN, routing, firewall, switching, and network troubleshooting.
• Experience with virtualization, backup & restore, server monitoring, and storage management.
• Familiarity with VMware/Hyper-V, Veeam, PRTG/Zabbix, Microsoft 365, and Microsoft Entra ID is a plus.
• Experience with network and security devices such as Fortinet/FortiGate, Aruba, Ruijie, or Cisco is an advantage.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, documentation, and communication skills.
• Willing to travel to company sites/branches when required.

Job Description

• Administer, monitor, maintain, and troubleshoot Windows Server and supporting services, including Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, File Server, Group Policy, authentication, and user access.
• Manage server performance, storage, services, availability, virtualization environments, and overall infrastructure health.
• Monitor and manage backup and restore processes, ensuring backups run properly according to schedule.
• Perform server installation, configuration, patching, updates, and preventive maintenance.Troubleshoot issues related to servers, operating systems, applications/services, authentication, domain, file access, VPN, and network connectivity.
• Support IT infrastructure projects including server deployment, migration, upgrades, backup implementation, and infrastructure setup at offices or sites.
• Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to resolve infrastructure issues involving servers, networks, storage, backup, and related equipment.
• Maintain accurate IT infrastructure documentation, including server configuration, IP addresses, user access, backup, and system changes.
• Escalate critical incidents or changes requiring further analysis and approval to the Supervisor/Manager.
