Job summary

CCK Financial Solutions is seeking an Information Technology Support Technician to join our Indonesian team, supporting Guava environments and internal IT operations. You will provide Level 1 client support, install and configure systems, and help maintain servers and documentation.

You will work closely with the Technical Services team, troubleshoot issues, and contribute to disaster recovery and security compliance.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in information technology or an equivalent qualification.
3 years' experience in IT support, help desk or system administration.
Good knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems.
Understanding of networking fundamentals - TCP/IP, DNS, VPNs and firewalls.
Experience installing and supporting business applications.
Basic scripting knowledge (Shell, Bash or PowerShell) is desirable.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Willingness to learn enterprise software and cloud technologies.
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
Experience supporting enterprise or financial services applications.
Exposure to Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI), AWS or Azure.
Familiarity with SQL databases.
Experience with remote support tools and ticketing systems.
Knowledge of ITIL or IT service management practices.

Responsibilities

Install, configure and support the Guava platform for clients.
Provide Level 1 technical support for client environments.
Troubleshoot software, hardware, networking and infrastructure issues.
Install and configure operating systems, applications and supporting software.
Monitor servers, applications and system performance.
Maintain internal network infrastructure and IT systems.
Support CCK offices and internal users with technical issues.
Develop and maintain basic Unix/Linux scripts and automation tasks.
Prepare and maintain technical documentation, user guides and installation procedures.
Perform system upgrades, maintenance, backups and health checks.
Assist with disaster recovery and business continuity activities.
Participate in the client help desk and after-hours support roster when required.
Ensure compliance with CCK's ISMS and QMS.
Provide after hour Managed Services support for Guava clients, as required
