Job summary

PT NYK Line Indonesia is seeking an IT Support Specialist to respond to inquiries about IT products and services, and to resolve hardware and software issues at our Jakarta office.

You will record and manage procurement, control company assets and office supplies, and collaborate with internal and external support systems to keep operations running smoothly. A bachelor's degree and English communication are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in computer science or related field.
• Knowledge of PC support and basic server administration.
• Proficiency with Windows OS and Windows Server.
• Familiar with network devices such as routers and switches.
• Experience with Office 365 cloud platform.
• Basic database knowledge is a plus.
• Good written and spoken English.

• Respond to inquiries about IT products and services via email, phone, or in person.

Tasks & responsibilities

• Respond to inquiries about IT products and services through email, phone, online chat, or in person
• Solving issue related to IT hardware and software
• Record and manage procurement
• Control and monitoring company asset & office supplies
• Working with support system ( internal and external )

Qualifications & experience

• Bachelor Degree in Computer Science ( Computer Engineering/ Information Systems/ Information Technic )
• Have knowledge of PC Support, Server Administrator ( basic Network Management )
• Proficiency in Operating System Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Server
• Knowledge of network device (Router, Switch, access point)
• Familiar with Cloud Platform (Microsoft Office 365)
• Basic knowledge of Database management would be advantage
• English literate both oral and written
