Job summary

PT Puninar Anji NYK Logistics Indonesia (PANLI) is seeking an Inventory Supervisor to ensure accurate stock levels and efficient warehouse operations. The role emphasizes real-time stock control, data accuracy, and coordination across inbound and outbound movements.

The ideal candidate has a bachelor degree in a related field, 3+ years in auto parts warehousing, strong leadership, and proficiency in ERP/WMS systems and Excel. This position is based in Indonesia with onsite responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or above in Logistics engineering, Vehicle engineering or Mechanical engineering majors preferred.
• English listening, speaking, reading and writing skills.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and ERP software.
• Experience: at least 3 years in warehouse/inventory in auto parts sector.
• Strong leadership, analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensure real-time stock accuracy and align with weekly forecast.
• Maintain stock cards and update per shift.
• Trace inventory across inbound to outbound movements.
• Control Receiving, Storage, and Supply processes.
• Conduct stock takes and prepare resources.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Job description

Ensuring Stock in Real-Time is in line with the weekly demand forecast

Alarming empty stock Big parts

Take Responsibility for the accuracy of Big part

Compare data between actual and syste

Strengthen the Stock Card Big Part according to the actual Dloc and recap the Stock card at the end of the shift

Trace stock inventory while paying attention to goods movement from inbound to outbound.

Control logistic process (Receiving, Storage, Supply)

Produce stock take to preparation schedule and resource for stock take process.

Other assignments given by the management

Requirement:

Education background : Bachelor degree or above.(Logistics engineering , Vehicle engineering, Mechanical engineering majors preferred)

Language competence : Good skills for English listening, speaking, reading and writing.

Technical ability :Good knowledge with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint), ERP Software (WMS, SAP, Etc)

Have a good knowledge in Inventory Process.

Experience in Warehouse Management System.

Work experience: At least 3-year operational and inventory experience in a similar role within the auto parts companies.

Having strong leadership skill, analytical and problem solving skill and good communication skill.
