Job summary

PT Baramulti Sugih Sentosa, through Baramulti Recruitment Center, seeks an IT Support Staff to assist in maintaining hardware, software, and networks in Jakarta. The role includes installing and configuring PCs, laptops, printers, and networking devices for new and existing staff, and quickly addressing user-reported issues.

Two years of IT support experience and a Bachelor's degree in IT/CS are required, along with basic ITIL/ITSM knowledge and IT asset management proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Support IT team in maintaining hardware, software, and networks.
• Assist in installation, configuration, and maintenance of networking devices.
• Set up and configure PCs, laptops, software, OS, printers, and scanners for staff.
• Receive and handle technical issue reports and perform repairs promptly.
• Conduct routine IT infrastructure checks for optimal performance.

Job description

Support the IT team in maintaining and monitoring hardware, software, and networks.

Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance networking devices.

Set up, install, and configure computer hardware (PCs/Laptops), software, operating systems, printers, and scanners for new and existing employees.

Receive and handle technical issue reports from users and perform necessary repairs as quickly as possible.

Perform routine checks on IT infrastructure to ensure optimal performance.

Job Requirements :

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.

Have a minimum of 2 years experience in the same field.

Basic knowledge of device networking, ITSM, ITIL, dan SLA

Proficient in software installation and IT asset management.
