Job summary

PT Bimaruna Jaya (Korindo Group) in Jakarta is seeking a trading administration professional to review documents, verify contracts, and process PO and SO through SAP. You will maintain trading records and ensure accurate pricing and shipments.

Key responsibilities include preparing periodic reports, monitoring contract execution, and guiding the trading administration team to deliver timely, compliant operations. A bachelor’s degree and 4+ years in trading administration are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, economics, or business administration is required.
• At least 4 years of experience in trading or commercial administration.
• Experience with SAP procurement and trading processes preferred.

Responsibilities

• Review and verify trading transaction documents (sales contracts, tax invoices, delivery orders, and shipping documents).
• Prepare and process PO and SO through SAP.
• Monitor and maintain trading contract records.
• Update sales and trading databases including shipment status, contract execution, and pricing records.
• Prepare periodic reports (sales, shipment, P&L, and trading analysis).
• Supervise daily operations within the trading administration team and provide guidance to team members.

Job description

• Review and verify all trading transaction documents (Sales Contracts, tax invoices, delivery order and shipping documents).
• Prepare and process Purchase Order (PO) and Sales Order (SO) through SAP.
• Monitor and maintain trading contract records.
• Update and maintain sales and trading database including shipment status, contract execution and pricing records.
• Prepare periodic reports (sales reports, shipment reports, profit and loss reports and trading analysis reports).
• Supervise daily operational activities within the trading administration team and provide guidance to team members.

Job Requirements

Qualification:

• Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Accounting, Economics or Business Administration.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in trading administration, or commercial administration.
• Strong understanding of Sales & Purchase contracts, commodity trading administration, trading documentation, tax administration and inventory shipment monitoring.
• Experience in finance, accounting, including invoicing, payment processing, reconciliation and financial documentation is preferred.
• Knowledge of SAP Procurement and trading processes.
