Job summary

Inivie is hiring an IT Support professional to join our Bali team. You will handle basic hardware, software, networks, and troubleshooting, ensuring smooth operation of computers, printers, and IT devices across hospitality properties.

The ideal candidate holds a Diploma or Bachelor's in IT/CS, has at least 1 year of IT support experience, and is comfortable working independently or as part of a team. Familiarity with Windows, MS Office, and IT maintenance is required; hospitality experience is

Qualifications

Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
Minimum 1 year of experience in IT Support, IT Operations, or a similar role is preferred.
Basic knowledge of computer hardware, software, networking, and troubleshooting.
Familiar with Windows operating systems, Microsoft Office, and IT equipment maintenance.
Able to install, configure, and maintain computers, printers, and other IT devices.
Basic understanding of LAN, Wi-Fi, internet connectivity, and network troubleshooting.
Knowledge of IT security, data backup, and system maintenance.
Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
Experience in hospitality, hotel, villa, or property management is an advantage.
