Job summary

Pulauintan Development is seeking an experienced IT Supervisor to oversee daily IT operations for Veranda Hotels & Residences portfolio in Jakarta. You will ensure hotel systems and infrastructure run smoothly, and provide hands-on support to departments while leading a small IT team.

Ideal candidate holds a Diploma or Bachelor's in IT/CS, at least 5 years of IT experience with supervisory exposure, and strong knowledge of networking, hardware, software, and PMS hospitality tech, plus fluent

Qualifications

Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
Minimum 5 years of IT experience, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
Experience in the hotel/hospitality industry is a must.
Familiar with hotel systems/PMS and other hospitality technology is an advantage.
Strong troubleshooting, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Good command of English.

Responsibilities

Supervise daily IT operations and ensure hotel systems and infrastructure run smoothly
Monitor and maintain hardware, software, network, Wi-Fi, and other IT facilities
Provide technical support to hotel departments and troubleshoot IT issues
Manage IT assets, systems, and vendor coordination
Ensure data security, system reliability, and compliance with IT procedures
Lead and support the IT team in daily operations and projects
