Job summary

Dekoruma is seeking a motivated IT Support staff in Indonesia to provide first-level help to employees, installing and configuring hardware and Windows OS, and resolving daily IT issues in a fast-paced environment.

You will maintain IT devices, assist with network setup (LAN/Wi‑Fi), educate users on security best practices, and support IT projects as needed, contributing to Dekoruma's mission to improve home living through technology.

Qualifications

• SMK graduate, preferably majoring in Computer and Network Engineering (TKJ) or related field.
• Basic understanding of computer hardware and troubleshooting.
• Good understanding of Windows installation and troubleshooting.
• Familiar with software and driver installation.
• Able to troubleshoot common printer issues.
• Basic understanding of networking: LAN, Wi‑Fi, IP address, router and switch.
• Able to perform basic IT device maintenance.
• Fast learner, responsive, and willing to learn new technologies.
• Good communication skills and able to work with users and team.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-level IT support for employees and assist in resolving daily IT issues.
• Perform installation, configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting of computers, laptops, printers, and other IT devices.
• Install and configure Windows OS, software, applications, and required drivers.
• Troubleshoot basic network and internet connectivity issues.
• Perform basic network maintenance, including LAN, Wi‑Fi, router, and switch setup.
• Assist with network cable installation and crimping.
• Maintain IT equipment and ensure devices are properly functioning.
• Record and follow up on IT incidents, requests, and maintenance activities.
• Educate users on basic IT usage and security best practices.
• Support IT projects and other operational needs as required.
