Job summary

Pulauintan Development is seeking an experienced IT Supervisor to oversee daily IT operations for Veranda Hotels & Residences portfolio in Jakarta. You will ensure hotel systems and infrastructure run smoothly, and provide hands-on support to departments while leading a small IT team.

Ideal candidate holds a Diploma or Bachelor's in IT/CS, at least 5 years of IT experience with supervisory exposure, and strong knowledge of networking, hardware, software, and PMS hospitality tech, plus fluent

Qualifications

• Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of IT experience, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
• Experience in the hotel/hospitality industry is a must.
• Familiar with hotel systems/PMS and other hospitality technology is an advantage.
• Strong troubleshooting, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Good command of English.

About you
