Job summary

Pulauintan Development is seeking a Front Office Manager to oversee daily Front Office operations at Veranda Hotels & Residences in South Jakarta. You will ensure excellent guest service, lead the Front Office team, and coordinate with other departments to guarantee smooth hotel operations.

The ideal candidate holds a Diploma or Bachelor’s in Hospitality, has 5+ years of Front Office experience with at least 1 year in a supervisory role, and is proficient in English and PowerPro PMS.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of Front Office experience, with at least 1 year in a supervisory/managerial role.
• Experience in a 4- or 5-star hotel preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Good command of English and familiar using PMS system especially PowerPro
• Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
