Job summary

InterContinental Jakarta Pondok Indah is seeking a visionary IT Manager to lead our technology strategy and digital infrastructure. You will drive innovation, safeguard data, ensure system availability, and optimize IT operations to support luxury hospitality across the property.

As a member of the leadership team, you will craft roadmaps, manage budgets and vendor relationships, mentor the IT team, and collaborate with hotel departments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Computer Science / Information Technology / Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 4 years in IT setup, network architecture, troubleshooting.
• Luxury/hospitality experience preferred.
• Strong English communication and leadership capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and drive a comprehensive technology roadmap for hotel needs.
• Ensure PCI DSS compliance and data security across IT systems.
• Oversee IT operations, disaster recovery, and business continuity planning.
• Manage departmental budgets and vendor relationships; assess proposals.
• Lead, mentor, and train the IT team and collaborate with hotel departments.
