iSoftStone seeks an experienced IT Solution Sales Manager to lead business development and manage client relationships across Indonesia’s FSI, Telecom, Enterprise, and Public sectors. You will promote IT software services and system integration solutions, translating technical concepts into tangible business value.

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of successful IT sales experience with a proven track record of meeting/exceeding targets.
• Strong familiarity with IT software services and system integration business and models.
• Experience in client acquisition and relationship management in FSI, Telecom, Enterprise and Public sectors.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken) with strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to penetrate Indonesia's FSI, Telecom, Enterprise and Public sectors.
• Promote IT software services and system integration solutions, articulating value to address clients’ transformation needs.
• Identify new business opportunities through market analysis, networking, and outreach to key decision-makers.
• Build and nurture long-term client relationships, serving as the primary contact and managing accounts.
• Collaborate with technical teams to design tailored solutions and prepare proposals and presentations.
• Negotiate contracts, pricing, and SLAs to maximize revenue with mutually beneficial outcomes.
• Monitor sales performance against targets, maintain pipelines, and report to senior management.
• Stay updated on fintech, IT software services, system integration trends and competitors.
