Job summary

AEON MALL Indonesia seeks an IT Infrastructure Specialist to support and secure the mall’s network, CCTV, NAS and digital signage. You’ll troubleshoot, upgrade, and maintain critical systems to ensure uptime in BSD City. A bachelor’s in IT and 2+ years’ experience are required, with willingness to relocate and work shifts.

Experience with Fortinet, enterprise endpoints, and network devices is essential. Candidates should be able to coordinate with vendors and deliver IT training as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, CS, or related discipline.
• Minimum 2 years in IT infrastructure or technical support.
• Experience in managing Fortinet firewall solutions.
• Understanding of LAN, VLAN, TCP/IP, Routing, Switching, WiFi.
• Experience with enterprise IT infra including CCTV, NAS, POS, digital signage.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily operational support for mall IT infrastructure and systems.
• Configure, monitor, troubleshoot, and maintain network infrastructure.
• Perform upgrades, patching and maintenance of devices.
• Support end users with software, network, devices, and IT apps.
• Coordinate with vendors for maintenance and IT asset procurement.
• Conduct IT audits and deliver user trainings.
• Ensure reliability, security and availability of IT systems for mall operations.

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related discipline.

Minimum 2 years of experience in IT infrastructure, Technical Support or a related field, preferably within shopping malls, retail or commercial building environments.

Proven experience in managing and troubleshooting Fortinet Firewall solutions.

Good understanding of network infrastructure and technologies, including LAN, VLAN, TCP/IP, Routing, Switching and Wireless Networking. Professional certifications such as CCNA will be an advantage.

Hands-on experience in managing enterprise IT infrastructure and systems, including Enterprise Antivirus & Endpoint Management, Microsoft Entra ID, Network Devices & Network Attached Storage (NAS), CCTV, People Counting, BMS, BGM, Access Door, POS and Digital Signage systems.

Will be placed in the BSD City area.

Willing to relocate within the company.

Able to adapt to a flexible working schedule (shifts, weekends, holidays)

Job Descriptions:

Provide daily operational support and troubleshooting for the mall’s IT infrastructure and systems, including Networking, NAS, CCTV, People Counting, Access Door system and Digital Signage.

Configure, monitor, troubleshoot, document, and maintain network infrastructure to ensure optimal performance, stability and security.

Perform upgrades, patching and regular maintenance of devices and supporting systems

Support end users by resolving technical issues related to software, network systems, devices and IT applications.

Coordinate with vendors for maintenance, troubleshooting and IT asset procurement.

Conduct regular IT Audits and deliver IT Training to end users.

Ensure the reliability, security and availability of all IT systems supporting mall operations.
