Job summary

Totm Labs in Jakarta is seeking an experienced IT Sales professional to drive revenue across B2B and B2G, navigating government procurement and enterprise sales cycles, and building relationships with public sector and large corporate clients. You will manage the full sales cycle, coordinate with pre-sales, legal and delivery teams, prepare tender documents, and aim to exceed sales targets.

A bachelor's degree and excellent English are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of proven IT Sales experience in both B2B (Enterprise) and B2G (government) sales.
• Strong understanding of government procurement/tender processes and public sector bidding requirements.
• Excellent command of English, spoken and written.

Responsibilities

• Identify and close new business in government institutions (B2G) and enterprise organizations (B2B).
• Manage full sales cycle from prospecting to contract negotiation and closing for government tenders and enterprise deals.
• Build and maintain relationships with C-level executives and government officials.
• Navigate procurement regulations, tender docs, and bidding processes.
• Develop strategic account plans to meet targets across B2B and B2G.
• Understand client needs and align IT solutions to address them.
• Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and tender documents.
• Collaborate with pre-sales, legal, and delivery teams to ensure compliance and satisfaction.
• Stay updated on industry trends and procurement regulations.
• Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports to management.
