Job summary

Japfa seeks an IT Project Coordinator to drive project scope, schedule, and delivery across internal teams and external vendors in Jakarta.

You will develop detailed plans, monitor progress, manage risks, and ensure clear communication with clients and stakeholders while maintaining thorough documentation and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven working experience as an IT Project Coordinator or Project Specialist in the IT sector.
• Solid technical background, with understanding or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies.
• Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills.
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
• PMP / PRINCE2 certification is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.
