Job summary

JAPFA is seeking an IT Project Coordinator in Jakarta to assist in defining project scope, develop detailed plans, coordinate resources, and manage risks for successful project delivery. You will work with clients and stakeholders to ensure technical feasibility and on-time delivery.

Candidates should have a CS/IT degree, hands-on project coordination experience in IT, strong communication, and language fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.

Qualifications

• Proven working experience as IT Project Coordinator or Project Specialist in IT
• Solid technical background with understanding of software development and web technologies
• Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required
• PMP / PRINCE2 certification is a plus
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
