Job summary

Speakly AI is seeking a seasoned Project Manager to lead end-to-end client implementations in Indonesia. You will define delivery plans, coordinate resources, and drive adoption of new product delivery processes to ensure smooth deployment.

As primary liaison, you will manage documentation, coordinate internal teams, and ensure successful acceptance and handover to Customer Success. Experience with banking fintech projects and Mandarin proficiency are highly valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS or related field required
• Minimum 4 years of relevant work experience
• Delivered at least 3 complete project lifecycles for banking or large financial institutions
• Mandarin Chinese proficiency required
• PMP or project management certifications preferred

Job description

Lead end-to-end project delivery for client implementation, while also exploring and standardizing new product delivery processes to ensure smooth deployment and adoption.

Develop, organize, and review project-related documentation, including but not limited to implementation plans, execution strategies, delivery reports, and product manuals.

Act as the primary liaison between clients and internal teams throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring full functional delivery. Post-delivery, coordinate the smooth handover of annual project deliverables to the Customer Success Management (CSM) team for ongoing maintenance and support.

Coordinate and allocate internal resources effectively during project execution to maintain high standards of efficiency and quality.

Drive projects toward successful final acceptance and formal sign-off from clients.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science or a related field, from an accredited university.

Minimum of 4 years of relevant work experience, with a proven track record of having delivered at least 3 complete project lifecycles for banking or large financial institutions.

Proficiency in Mandarin Chinese as a working language (both written and spoken) is required.

Strong management, coordination, and execution capabilities, with the ability to lead, mentor, and train project teams while maintaining strong, positive client relationships.

Highly adaptive learner with strong decision-making and risk management skills. Capable of identifying and resolving issues promptly, communicating effectively across all organizational and client levels to safeguard project quality and progress.

Familiarity with common IT product solutions is essential. Prior experience in AI-related project delivery, serving large financial clients, or managing service/consulting-oriented projects is a strong plus.

PMP or other relevant project management certifications are preferred.

A results-driven, detail-oriented professional with a strong sense of risk awareness and proactive problem-solving.
