Job summary

PT Multipolar Technology Tbk in Jakarta-based offices is seeking an IT Project Manager to oversee end-to-end delivery of complex IT projects. You will ensure projects meet scope, timeline, budget, and quality requirements while coordinating with customers, technology leads, vendors, and internal teams.

Applicants should have a Bachelor's degree in IT/IS/CS, at least 3 years of IT project management experience, and strong communication and stakeholder management skills; PMP/PRINCE2 or Scrum

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience as an IT Project Manager.
• Proven experience managing enterprise-scale projects in IT Infrastructure, Cloud, Network & Security, System Integration, or Application Implementation.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies (PMI/PMBOK, Agile, or Scrum).
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical thinking, and conflict resolution abilities.
• Proficient in English, both written and verbal.
• PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum Master, or equivalent certifications are an advantage.
• International education background and/or overseas working experience will be highly valued.
