Job summary

PT Pelangi Sentral Kreasi (Jakarta) is seeking a Junior Project Manager in the IT Division to oversee multiple projects end-to-end, coordinating with stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.

You will define project scope, manage cross-functional teams and vendors, monitor risks, and report status. Preferred qualifications include PMP/PRINCE2 certification and 3-5 years of PM experience with strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3-5 years experience in project management or related roles.
• Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Familiar with project management tools (Asana, Trello, Jira, MS Project).
• Experience handling client-facing projects (preferred).
• PMP / PRINCE2 certification or currently pursuing (preferred).
• Experience in IT/marketing/digital/consulting environments (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Manage projects from initiation to closure.
• Define project scope, timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and external vendors.
• Monitor project progress, risks, and issues.
• Manage change requests and stakeholder expectations.
• Prepare regular project status reports.
• Ensure quality standards and smooth project handover.
