Job summary

PT Multipolar Technology Tbk in South Jakarta is seeking an IT Project Manager to lead end-to-end IT delivery, ensuring scope, timeline, budget, and quality.

You will coordinate with customers, technology principals, vendors and internal teams; manage risks and changes; prepare progress reports; and drive clear communication and conflict resolution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in IT, IS, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years as an IT Project Manager.
• Experience managing enterprise IT projects (Infra, Cloud, Network & Security, SI, or App Impl).
• Strong knowledge of PMI/PMBOK, Agile or Scrum.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical thinking, and conflict resolution abilities.
• Proficient in English, written and spoken.
• PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum Master or equivalent certs are an advantage.
• International education or overseas work experience valued.
• Placement at South Jakarta.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical thinking, and conflict resolution abilities.
• Proficient in English, both written and verbal.
• PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum Master, or equivalent certifications are an advantage.
