Job summary

Lancesoft Indonesia is seeking an experienced Project Manager to plan, execute, and monitor IT projects using PMBOK principles with Scrum or Waterfall.

You will supervise scope, schedule, and budget while ensuring delivery quality and business value, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Candidate has 2 years IT project management experience, strong MS Office and Jira/Confluence skills, and excellent communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (S1) in IT-related field; GPA 3.00+ preferred.
• 2 years minimum as a Project Manager, preferably IT/software.
• PMBOK/PM principles and SCRUM (PSM) knowledge.
• Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel and formulas.
• Familiar with Jira, Confluence, and Jira Bug Picture.
• Strong analytical, judgment, detail-oriented, and teamwork skills.

Job description

1. Plan, execute, and monitor projects submitted by Sales Operation in accordance with the Project Management approach (PMBOK approach), covering time, scope, and budget, using either Scrum or Waterfall methodologies.

2. Monitor project timelines, scope, budget, and delivery quality in alignment with business value.

Qualifications

1. Education: Bachelor's degree (S1), preferably in an IT-related field, or Master's degree (S2), preferably in IT Management or a related field, with a minimum GPA of 3.00 (graduated from a reputable university preferred).
2. Experience: 2 years of experience as a Project Manager, preferably in IT/software development.
3. Skills:
   1. a. Knowledge of PMBOK or general project management principles, and SCRUM (PSM).
   2. b. Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and its formulas.
   3. c. Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, and Jira Bug Picture.
4. Interpersonal and Communication Skills:
   1. a. Strong analytical and judgment skills; driven and process- and result-oriented; detail-oriented; persistent; good teamwork, communication, and presentation skills; and problem-solving abilities.
