Job summary

PT Lentera Bangsa Benderang in West Jakarta is seeking a skilled Scrum Master to drive Agile adoption across software projects. You will act as a facilitator for one or more Scrum Teams, ensuring practices are adaptive, transparent, and professional while upholding Scrum values.

• 3+ years in software development projects (SDLC).
• Bachelor’s degree in IT or Information Systems.
• Experience as Scrum Master, Product Owner, PM, or Dev Team member.
• Strong Agile knowledge and/or Waterfall.
• Hands-on with Scrum ceremonies.
• Technical background in development or system analysis.

Responsibilities

Drive innovation and contribute to continuous business improvement

Act as a facilitator for one or multiple Scrum Teams (Product Owner, Development Team, Stakeholders)

Ensure Agile practices are implemented effectively—adaptive, transparent, and professional

Uphold Scrum values: Courage, Focus, Openness, Respect, and Commitment

Remove impediments and shield the team from external disruptions

Collaborate with Product Owner to ensure alignment with Sprint Goals and backlog priorities

Facilitate and monitor Scrum ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-up, Review, Retrospective)

Identify issues and proactively drive short-term and long-term solutions

Continuously improve processes and workflows to enhance team efficiency

Conduct Agile/Scrum training and knowledge-sharing sessions

Foster strong cross-team collaboration with clear and constructive communication

Support operational risk management (identification, assessment, mitigation) in line with compliance standards

Requirements

Minimum of 3 years of experience participating in software development projects (SDLC).

Bachelor’s degree in IT, Information Systems, or other relevant fields.

Proven experience as Scrum Master, Product Owner, Project Manager, or Development Team member.

Strong understanding of Agile and / or Waterfall methodologies.

Hands‑on experience facilitating Scrum ceremonies.

Technical background (development, coding, or system analysis) is mandatory.

Familiar with tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar

Preferred (not mandatory)

Scrum-related certifications (e.g., Product Owner, Scrum Developer)
