Job summary

PT XLSMART Telecom Sejahtera Tbk is seeking a contract IT project coordinator to deliver and coordinate activities across multiple teams and workstreams. You will analyze delivery progress, identify risks and dependencies, and ensure accurate visibility of status and governance artifacts.

The role focuses on maintaining structured documentation, risk logs, issue trackers, and reports, with emphasis on audit readiness and aligned execution with business objectives.

Qualifications

• S1 degree in Management Informatics is the minimum requirement.
• S1 degree in Electrical Engineering is preferred.
• PMP and ITIL certifications strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver and coordinate IT project activities across multiple teams and workstreams, ensuring alignment with timelines and dependencies.
• Analyze project progress, risks, and dependencies, ensuring timely identification of deviations and visibility of delivery status.
• Validate accuracy and consistency of project data and reporting artifacts, ensuring alignment with governance requirements.
• Coordinate tracking and escalation of project risks and issues, ensuring proper follow-up of mitigations and resolution status.
• Prepare and maintain structured project documentation, including status reports, risk logs, issue trackers, and governance materials.

Academy Qualification
