Lancesoft Indonesia seeks an IT Project Administrator to support planning, execution, monitoring, and documentation of IT projects in Jakarta. You will manage documentation, coordinate meetings, and ensure governance and audit readiness.
The role requires 2+ years in similar PMO/IT project support, strong organizational and communication skills, and the ability to work independently within cross-functional teams.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive IT Project Administrator to support the planning, execution, monitoring, and documentation of IT projects. The ideal candidate will have experience in project administration, project documentation management, stakeholder coordination, and project reporting within an IT environment.
Maintain and manage project documentation, records, and repositories.
Coordinate project meetings, prepare meeting invitations, and arrange logistics.
Record and distribute Minutes of Meeting (MoM) and follow up on action items.
Assist Project Managers in preparing weekly, monthly, and executive project reports.
Support project governance and compliance activities.
Coordinate with internal teams, business stakeholders, vendors, and third-party partners.
Ensure document version control and adherence to project documentation standards.
Maintain project-related data within project management tools and systems.
Support audit requirements by ensuring all project documents are accurate and properly maintained.
Bachelor's Degree (S1) or Diploma (D3) in Information Technology, Information Systems, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
Minimum 2 years of experience as an IT Project Administrator, PMO Administrator, or a similar role.
Understanding of project management methodologies and project lifecycle processes is a plus. Experience supporting multiple IT projects simultaneously.
Strong organizational and administrative skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within cross-functional teams.
