Job summary

We are looking a highly skilled and strategic ICT Product Owner to lead the vision, development, and lifecycle management of our core products. In this role, you will bridge the gap between business strategies and technical execution. You will collaborate closely with software engineers and business stakeholders to maximize the value of our internal and external ICT solutions.

Education & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or Business Analyst in an ICT or enterprise IT environment.
• Proven track record of managing complex IT systems, software applications products.

Technical & Professional Skills

• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, Scrum frameworks, and DevOps practices.
• Proficiency with product management tools such as Jira, Confluence or Azure DevOps.

Soft Skills

• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a data-driven approach to decision-making.
• Excellent negotiation skills to manage competing priorities from different business units.

Preferred Qualifications

• ITIL or PMP certification is a strong plus.
• Experience with large-scale enterprise resource planning (ERP) or customer relationship management (CRM) migrations.
